New Year 2011. A time for new beginnings comes with the promise of a child filled with wonder, energy, unrealized dreams, and love…
But… “before we can welcome in the New Year, we need to put the Old Year’s unfinished business— mistakes, shortcomings, and disappointments behind us…toss the bad memories from the past into the trash where they belong. Keep only the good.” —Sarah Ban Breathnach, Simple Abundance.

Write the person’s name, and start speed writing (illegible, phonetic) to list:
All you can think of: attitudes, hurts, blame, shame, and anger out on the page, uncensored.
Under your list write:

And sign your name.
Read it aloud, where no one can hear.
Then say aloud, I release this with love.

I burn much more often than New Year’s Eve!
So step aside Father Time and welcome Baby! “Light The Fire.” Detach.

“The only thing that stands between a man and what he wants from life is often merely the will to try it and the faith to believe that it is possible.” David Viscott, M.D.
